HOW IT WORKS: TrainingEvals.com^SM services help you automate the evaluation process. Participants are prompted through email notification to complete their training evaluations on-line. After several weeks, training participants receive another email notice requesting they complete a follow-up evaluation on-line. Supervisors and/or managers also receive email notices at designated intervals requesting their evaluation feedback be entered on line.
